Today felt little warmer and calmSince not involved in anything and made today as my rest day

I interviewed at Tribe Foris for Marketing Manager.

How do I identify whether I'm genuinely choosing a path that aligns with my strengths versus simply avoiding a harder path? because I'm currently deciding where to focus my time and energy long term...A wrong decision now could cost years of compounding.

Built and mapped an end-to-end email marketing sequence for Your College Senior. Explored email marketing tools, designed the automation workflow visually, and structured the sequence to guide users through the intended journey. Learned how email automation, triggers, and user flows work in a real-world marketing environment while working with Tina Anna.

I learned that marketing and branding are understood better through real conversations, live brainstorming, and practical discussions rather than only watching videos or reading blogs from friends who are already working in the content and branding field.

G Surendar Thina for For giving me an opportunity to work with him at YCS.That experience made me go deeper into marketing and helped me gain more confidence and exposure.It also made me think more independently, take ownership, and understand how real work actually happens.Because of this journey, I’m learning skills and experiences that I believe will help me build my own company in the future.

whatI changed my thinking about internships and work opportunities because whyEarlier, I used to think I should only work at big companies or famous startups to learn and grow.But now I’ve realized that growth depends more on the people I work with than the company name itself.The right mentor or teammate can teach me more than the organization alone ever could.

Focus more seriously on founder branding/content ecosystem instead of blindly following placement prep over Continuing full placement-focused Java/corporate prep path... because I realized my natural strengths align more with communication, positioning, storytelling, and working with founders than pure repetitive coding roles
